Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks a seasoned Risk & Resilience professional to support portfolio risk analysis, intelligence, resilience, and response. You will lead workstreams, drive stakeholder collaboration, and translate complex insights into executive-ready perspectives under senior guidance.

You will draft rapid-turnaround reports, contribute to twice-yearly threat indexes, and help mature continuity playbooks while aligning with governance and risk frameworks across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate or professional services experience.
• Familiarity with risk, intelligence, crisis response, resilience, business continuity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with data in various formats and tools; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio risk analysis projects and drive multiple workstreams.
• Draft and quality-control rapid-turnaround reports and briefs.
• Coordinate inputs for Threat Index refreshes and risk briefings.
• Support Business Continuity Program and playbook development.
• Codify analytic frameworks for executive-level reporting.
