Job description

Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place.

Manager - Firm Security Insights Capability

Within Risk & Compliance, you will lead the development of firm security's global insights capability, shaping how geopolitical developments, emerging threats, operational data, and intelligence are translated into actionable insights that support early planning, incident response, and leadership decision-making.

This includes evolving the firm's approach to security monitoring, analysis, dashboards, and reporting to provide timely and relevant insights that support the work we do across the firm.

A key part of your work will be shaping how AI, automation, and new technologies can strengthen the insights capability. You will identify opportunities to improve monitoring, synthesize complex information, identify trends, and develop scalable analytical products, while ensuring appropriate human judgment and quality assurance. You will also play a key role in strategic transformation initiatives across the Enablement & Assurance pillar, helping embed operational insights, monitoring, and AI-enabled capabilities into future operating models, processes, and technology.

You will contribute to global follow-the-sun incident response, providing monitoring, analysis, and decision support during significant incidents and taking a leadership role where appropriate.

Your work requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to build alignment, translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives, and turn insights into practical recommendations and action.

Your work will strengthen the firm's ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to security risks, helping ensure leaders and colleagues have the right insights at the right time to make informed decisions and keep our people safe and secure.

You will report to the Associate Director of firm Security Operations & Resilience and will be based in Europe.
