Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4+ years’ relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably within a main contracting environment.
• Experience on large-scale projects, ideally data centres or high-tech industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and planning processes.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; BIM/digital construction tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects.
• Prepare and present progress reviews and reports to senior management.
• Liaise with stakeholders to review progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving.
• Manage schedule resources across all phases from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Create and maintain progress reporting tools to monitor milestones and goals.
• Provide performance updates and variance reports with corrective actions.
• Represent Planning in client and subcontractor meetings and communicate schedule status.
