Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Senior Planner to lead planning and project controls for a Data Centre programme in the Netherlands. You will drive baseline programmes, monitor progress, manage risk, and report to senior management and the Board.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in construction planning, ASTA Powerproject, and familiarity with NEC/JCT frameworks. The role calls for leadership across pre-construction and site phases, with a focus on delivering complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning on live projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
• Experience leading planning and programme management across pre-construction and site phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline and tender programme development for design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain CDE documentation and 4D/2D planning visuals.
• Support change impact assessments and progress reporting to senior management.
