You will develop detailed construction plans, coordinate equipment procurement, and manage contractor performance to meet schedule and quality targets. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role within an M&E contractor.
• Electrical engineering qualification is required.
• Data Centre experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Managing contractors, overseeing work, and ensuring safety regulations compliance.
• Implementing quality control to meet standards and specifications.
• Monitoring project costs and keeping the project within budget.
• Overseeing timelines and ensuring installation work is completed on time.
• Identifying risks and issues that could affect the project.
• Facilitating communication between client, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintaining records of project activities and changes.
• Ensuring adherence to building codes, permits, and legal requirements.
