Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex strategic, operational and transformation initiatives within its manufacturing network. You will manage cross-functional programs, align with capital investments, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution across European facilities.

The role requires deep project management experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and value realization

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant work experience covering project management and manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to develop and challenge business cases.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Analytical and systematic approach to complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocated projects using the PMO toolbox and governance.
• Manage cross-functional transformation programs including footprint optimization.
• Own complex business challenges and structure them into executable programs.
• Set up project teams, define plans, track progress, and manage risks.
• Build budgets and business cases; ensure tracking and CAR preparations.
• Engage stakeholders via Steering committees and regular updates.
• Forecast and manage capital spending related to project execution.
