Job summary

Trivium Packaging seeks a senior Lead Transformation Manager to drive a programme of operational excellence across its manufacturing network. You will work with Operations Directors and Plant Managers to identify value opportunities and deliver measurable EBITDA impact through structured transformations.

You will lead diagnostics, mobilise cross-functional teams, and embed Lean/Six Sigma practices to sustain improvements while delivering tangible financial outcomes across Europe or the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior operational experience across manufacturing, production, engineering, maintenance and/or quality.
• Strong track record of leading large-scale shop-floor transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement, ideally with Black Belt‑level expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational improvements into financial value.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to turn strategy into practical action.
• Excellent project, change and performance management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence both senior executives and shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level transformations designed to improve performance and deliver significant financial value.
• Identify ambitious but achievable improvement opportunities with quick payback.
• Mobilise multidisciplinary teams and drive implementation across plants.
• Connect operational initiatives with key performance indicators and financial results.
• Establish governance to ensure improvements are delivered and sustained.
