Job summary

Trivium Packaging seeks a Senior Director Maintenance to shape maintenance across our global manufacturing network. This executive role combines deep maintenance expertise with strategic thinking to translate standards into sustainable results on the plant floor.

You will set the global direction, establish governance, and build capabilities to improve reliability, efficiency and financial performance across plants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic experience within maintenance, reliability or operational excellence.
• Deep knowledge of maintenance optimisation and reliability improvement.
• Proven experience implementing maintenance standards across multiple sites or a large network.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to turn strategy into a scalable operating model.
• Experience leading large groups through significant change.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement our global maintenance strategy, standards and operating model.
• Establish governance, performance indicators and targets across the organisation.
• Develop roadmaps for plants considering maturity and priorities.
• Drive improvements in maintenance cost, capex, reliability and performance.
• Build a global maintenance community and share best practices.
• Develop capability programs for maintenance managers, engineers and technicians.
• Lead and coach a team of maintenance and reliability experts.
• Identify barriers to implementation and accelerate progress with senior leadership.
• Translate maintenance performance into clear business and financial impact.
• Partner with Operations, Transformation, Finance and plant leadership for sustainable execution.
