Job summary

STICHD seeks a seasoned Program Manager to unite strategy and execution across multiple projects in Den Bosch. You will plan, execute and close programs, ensure alignment between initiatives, and manage dependencies, risks and budgets to deliver measurable results.

The role focuses on business transformation through core ERP/PLM/WMS transformations, requiring strong IT landscape knowledge, leadership, and stakeholder communication. Hybrid working is available with time in the Den Bosch offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or management; a Master’s is a plus.
• 8+ years of project and/or program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management methods (PRINCE2, IPMA, AGILE).
• Proven IT landscape understanding and strategic planning ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define execution plans with stakeholders and manage scope, timelines, and budget.
• Lead teams to deliver program and project plans across IT landscape.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement countermeasures.
• Communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee project closing and post‑project evaluations.
