Job summary

STICHD logistics B.V. is looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic projects from planning to closing in a dynamic, cross-functional environment in the Netherlands.

You will define execution approaches, create detailed plans, and manage budgets while coordinating with Product, Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT teams. You will drive project execution, monitor progress, address risks, and ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of PM methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile.
• Strategic mindset and ability to translate strategy into planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to bring stakeholders together and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Define the executional approach for project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define detailed project plans including resources, timelines and budget.
• Lead teams in the implementation of project plans.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and follow up on progress.
• Monitor progress and identify challenges or risks; propose and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Track project expenses and ensure they stay within budget; prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Plan and report potential escalations to senior management and stakeholders; provide regular updates on status and successes.
• Oversee the completion of project deliverables and ensure handover to stakeholders; conduct post-project evaluations.
