Job summary

Eaton is seeking a strategic Program Manager for its Energy Transition division, leading New Product Introduction programs across EMEA. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and drives go-to-market strategies, with a focus on inter-departmental portfolio development and alignment of joint business objectives.

The position balances 50% program leadership and 50% support for EMEA commercial activities, reporting to senior leaders, and offering remote work within the EU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of program and project management experience with governance methodologies.
• 2+ years leading NPD/NPI programs in a structured environment.
• Experience in Eaton's Integrated Solutions domains (EV charging, BESS, power distribution).
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, product management, operations, commercial, supply chain, finance, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive NPI projects and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate interdepartmental portfolio, governance, and financials; track milestones and CTQs.
• Develop schedules using MS Project; publish monthly program metrics to executives.
• Ensure alignment between technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Translate opportunities into deployment plans; manage dependencies and resources.
