Job summary

Eaton is seeking a strategic Program Manager for its Energy Transition division in Europe. The role balances program leadership (NPI) with supporting EMEA commercial activities, coordinating across product, finance, IT, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment on joint business objectives.

You will drive standardized NPI processes, manage interdepartmental roadmaps, and deliver robust metrics while engaging senior leaders and external partners. Remote position within the EU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of program/project management experience with governance.
• Experience leading NPI/NPD programs and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management using PROLaunch and agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules with interdependencies.
• Coordinate go-to-market execution and cross-functional delivery.
• Track milestones, budget, and CTQ deliverables; publish monthly reports.
• Transition from sales to deployment with clear deployment plans.
• Mentor PMs and share best practices within the PMO.
