Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction initiatives within the Energy Transition division across the EMEA region. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from product, finance, IT, engineering, commercial and operations to implement a standard, integrated NPI process aligned with joint business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of program and project management experience.
• 2+ years leading NPD/NPI programs within a structured stage-gate environment.
• Experience in Eaton's Integrated Solutions domains (EV charging, BESS) preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, product management, operations, commercial, supply chain, finance, IT and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management tools and processes, including PROLaunch and agile methods.
• Build program structure, cadence, objectives, and performance measures.
• Prioritize interdepartmental portfolio and manage financials and business impact.
• Maintain schedule, budget, stakeholder alignment, and CTQ deliverables.
• Develop detailed schedules using Microsoft Project and map interdependencies.
• Deliver monthly program metrics and executive updates.
