Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Lead for Future Ready Portfolio Management to drive the portfolio governance and PMO of the Future Ready programme. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery and keep initiatives on track, while strengthening portfolio management as a group-wide capability.

You will lead a PMO team, manage governance reporting, and shape change and communication activities to embed the transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading portfolio management, PMO, or transformation delivery within a complex organization.
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership exposure.
Fluent in Dutch and English; able to translate complexity into clear messages.

Responsibilities

Lead the group-wide portfolio management and PMO for NN Group’s Future Ready Programme.
Maintain oversight of portfolio progress, dependencies, risks and budgets.
Prepare board-level reporting and decision materials for MB and MB-1 stakeholders.
Shape changes and communications to embed the transformation across the organisation.
