Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Lead Future Ready Strategic Portfolio Management to drive the group-wide portfolio and PMO of the Future Ready Programme. You will ensure strategic initiatives deliver value, stay on track and align with governance and financial reporting across the organisation.

You will lead a PMO-focused team, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide concise, board-ready insights to executive stakeholders in both Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading portfolio management, PMO, or transformation delivery within a complex organization.
• Highly structured with oversight across multiple initiatives while understanding details when needed.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership; clear, concise communications.
• Proactive, results-driven; ability to identify risks and drive resolution across boundaries.
• Experience with governance, reporting and business case tracking in large-scale transformations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the group-wide portfolio management and PMO of NN Group's Future Ready Programme.
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date overview of the portfolio; monitor progress, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Identify deviations early; enable timely resolution of impediments to keep transformation on track.
• Lead board-level reporting and decision materials; translate complex portfolio dynamics into clear insights.
• Coordinate with programme and project leads; oversee engagement activities and governance reporting.
