Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam is seeking a LAB PA Performance Partner Director to act as a senior strategic partner to Practice Area leadership, driving commercial performance by optimizing staffing, capacity planning and billability across the LAB in London, Amsterdam and Brussels.

You will lead the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, partnering with HR and People Analytics to ensure delivery excellence, talent development, and strong cross-PA collaboration in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to influence and partner at MDP level.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior strategic partner to PA leadership, providing data driven insights on staffing decisions and commercial levers.
• Own end-to-end staffing for PPPL populations, prioritising requests and managing deployment to maximise utilisation.
• Lead proactive capacity planning and pipeline reviews, translating commercial signals into hiring strategies.
• Own LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team strategy and set direction for performance partnering practices across PAs.
• Drive continuous improvement in People processes, including automation and AI, with HR and People Analytics.
