Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam is seeking a senior strategic partner to lead the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, optimizing staffing, capacity planning and billability across London, Amsterdam and Brussels.

You will collaborate with MDPs, PA Nodes and Client Teams to align talent with commercial needs, drive pipeline health, and develop leaders through career development, while embedding a transparent performance partnership culture across PAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and well experienced numerate.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: partner with PA leadership to optimise staffing, billability and capacity.
• Pyramid Planning: lead capacity planning and hiring/mobility strategies.
• Career Development: build relationships with PPPLs and shape promotion pipelines.
• Team Leadership: own LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team strategy and drive performance coaching.
