Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB Performance Director to act as a senior strategic partner to leadership across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. The role drives commercial performance by aligning A-C resources with demand, and leads the A-C Performance Team to deliver structured, transparent performance partnering.

You will collaborate with multiple partners and directors to shape strategy, manage staffing and transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with global and regional

Responsibilities

• Own the A-C performance strategy across the LAB system and optimise deployment and billability.
• Lead pipeline demand management and translate inputs into staffing decisions.
• Address staffing gaps and ensure transparent staffing decisions.
• Monitor cohort staffing data and produce dashboards for leadership.
• Line-manage the A-C Performance Team and drive performance development.
• Lead transformation initiatives and share best practices across functions.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and labs across geographies.
