Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in an international setting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and PA/MDP stakeholders.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior strategic partner to PA leadership, guiding staffing and commercial levers.
• Own end-to-end staffing for PPPL populations, maximise utilisation and reduce leakage.
• Lead capacity planning, pipeline reviews and hiring strategies with PA leadership.
• Provide coaching, develop career pathways and drive performance across PAs.
