Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam seeks a LAB Performance Insights Manager to turn data into insights and coordinate action across LAB teams. You’ll monitor billability, utilisation and staffing rates, driving improvements and coordinating with senior leadership.

You’ll lead strategic projects, map processes, and craft communications to support change initiatives, while mentoring colleagues and advancing data/AI initiatives across LAB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in international professional services.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own LAB-wide performance team reporting and insights with dashboards.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and coordinate actions with leadership.
• Present at team retrospectives, highlighting trends and actions.
• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation.
• Improve processes and develop practical recommendations.
• Develop clear communications to roll out new processes and tools.
• Advance data/AI initiatives and adopt new tools with colleagues.
• Mentor and upskill the People Team and junior members.
