Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a LAB Performance Insights Manager for the London, Amsterdam and Brussels LAB team. You will translate LAB-wide data into clear insights, monitor billability, utilization and staffing, and coordinate actions with senior leadership.

You will lead strategic projects, map processes for improvements, and develop communication materials to roll out new tools and initiatives across LAB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international professional services.
• Advanced numeracy with strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own LAB-wide performance reporting and insights across cohorts.
• Identify trends and risks; develop recommendations for leadership.
• Present findings at team retrospectives and drive actions.
• Lead strategic projects from planning to implementation.
• Improve processes and build scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and build capability within the People Team.
