Job summary

Philips is seeking an All Employee Communications Leader in Amsterdam to elevate employee experience by turning enterprise priorities into clear, human stories. You will guide global to local communications, work with senior leaders, and drive major campaigns that engage colleagues across markets and cultures.

You will lead a team, set governance, and champion responsible use of AI to improve relevance, speed and impact while maintaining editorial integrity and trust.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field with global experience in leadership.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with clarity and impact for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-market internal communications programs.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver global all-employee communications strategy and annual plan.
• Lead end-to-end planning of major employee moments and campaigns.
• Act as senior adviser to leaders, ensuring authentic, clear messaging.
• Build a scalable global-with-local relevancy model and governance.
• Champion responsible AI and emerging comms tech with editorial judgment.
