Job summary

Philips is seeking a Communications Senior Manager for All Employee Communications in Amsterdam. You will be part of the Global Communications and Brand team, advising and creating content to energize the employee audience and support transformation initiatives.

You will manage campaigns, collaborate with executives and function leads, and oversee internal channels while using AI tools to evolve content and engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7–10 years in internal communications and employee engagement in an international matrixed environment.
• Strong content creator with messaging, copywriting/editorial skills, and visual content creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, planning and activation of global employee communications campaigns for All-Employee audience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Communications and Brand, leadership, and function leads.
• Brief and collaborate with design and external agencies; manage the All-Employee editorial calendar.
• Create written, visual and film content for intranet, mass mail, Viva Engage and other channels.
• Convert employee feedback into actionable insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
