Job summary

ASML Holding is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead and elevate communications of our strategy, financial performance, and long-term value proposition. The role partners with senior management to gather market intelligence, investor feedback, and manage capital markets events.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in investor relations, corporate finance, or strategy, with semiconductor industry knowledge and exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, earnings, and market expectations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing investor relations program communications and materials.
• Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets events.
• Prepare briefing materials and summarize investor feedback for senior management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams to ensure consistent disclosures.
• Analyze ownership data and track investor activity to support targeting.
