Qualifications

• Ten+ years as an IT Product Manager in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, VMware, Linux and Middleware.
• Experience with roadmap creation, release management and large-scale platform transformations.
• Risk, compliance, auditability and operational resilience awareness.
• Consultative, analytical and influential without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform products, including vision, roadmap, lifecycle, risk and value delivery.
• Develop and maintain multi-year platform roadmaps aligned with regulatory and security standards.
• Lead release and lifecycle management with controlled, auditable changes.
• Lead product selection and rationalization for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Drive platform migrations and modernization with resilience requirements.
• Drive adoption of platform engineering practices and developer experience.
• Drive evolution toward cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes.
• Enable zero-touch operations through automation and self-healing capabilities.
• Shape unified catalogs for OS, databases, middleware and integrations.
• Translate complex topics to clear recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate across engineering, security, architecture and vendors.
• Define KPIs and track platform performance and adoption.
