Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an IT Product Manager to own end-to-end platform products, including vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management across Windows, VMware, Linux, and Middleware. You will collaborate with senior management, engineers, and security teams to deliver measurable platform outcomes and drive modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Plus 10 years of experience in IT product management or similar.
• Proven experience in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, VMware, Linux, and Middleware platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise platform automation and IaC.
• Experience with roadmaps, releases, and large-scale platform transformations.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, auditability, and operational resilience.
• Consultative mindset with analytical, structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills to document and present complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform products, including vision, roadmap, lifecycle, risk, and value delivery.
• Develop and maintain multi-year platform roadmaps aligned with regulatory, security, and architectural standards.
• Lead release and lifecycle management, ensuring controlled, predictable changes.
• Drive platform migrations and modernization initiatives in line with regulatory and resilience requirements.
• Shape and maintain a unified product and service catalog for OS, databases, middleware and integrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, translating complex topics into clear recommendations.
• Bring together engineering, operations, security, architecture, and vendors to deliver shared outcomes.
• Define KPIs and track platform performance to measure adoption, efficiency, and costs.
