Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an IT Product Manager to own and evolve core platform products across Windows, VMware, Linux, and Middleware. You will lead roadmaps, releases, and modernization while aligning with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and driving value through platform automation, IaC, and IDP. Hybrid work culture supports growth and innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• Plus 10 years of experience in IT product management.
• Proven experience as IT Product Manager (or similar) in a banking or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, VMware, Linux, and Middleware platforms.
• Foundation knowledge of enterprise platforms +Automation and IaC, Pattern Developments, Pattern identification.
• Experience with roadmap creation, release management, and large-scale platform transformations.
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, auditability, and operational resilience.
• Consultative mindset: analytical, structured, and influential without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills; able to document, position, and present complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform products: vision, roadmap, lifecycle, risk, and value delivery.
• Develop and maintain multi-year platform roadmaps aligned with regulatory standards.
• Lead release and lifecycle management with controlled, auditable changes.
• Drive product selection and rationalization for alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Drive migrations and modernization initiatives in line with resilience requirements.
• Promote platform engineering practices, IDP, and developer experience improvements.
• Evolve towards cloud-native platforms with Kubernetes and platform abstractions.
• Enable IaC and PaC for automated operations and policy-driven platforms.
• Shape a unified catalog for OS, databases, middleware, and integrations.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management and cross-functional teams.
