Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end indirect sourcing across multiple categories in a fast-paced European environment.

You will develop category strategies, drive RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, value-focused procurement outcomes. English proficiency and international exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably indirect categories or service-related spend.
• Proven track record delivering sourcing projects and optimizing spend.
• Strong negotiation skills; experience establishing contracts and partnerships.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring governance and value creation.
• Energetic, hands-on, adaptable; able to manage multiple categories in parallel.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in an international environment; knowledge of SAP or similar tools is a plus.
• Adaptable to fast-changing environments and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end indirect procurement projects across HR, Professional Services, IT, Logistics, Marketing, and other spend areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align sourcing activities and share best practices.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and evaluations with documented compliance.
• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and create value for internal customers.
