Job summary

Zeekr is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for Accessories & Merchandise across Europe. You will plan, source, and distribute products, ensuring availability and alignment with sales goals while coordinating with NSCs, importers, distributors, and internal teams.

You will forecast demand, manage supplier relations with OEMs in Europe and Asia, optimize inventory, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain, planning, procurement or logistics.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or consumer goods preferred.
• Experience with international suppliers and distribution networks.
• Forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock optimisation experience.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs regulations advantageous.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate annual and monthly demand forecasts to develop supply plans.
• Create supplier forecasts to support capacity planning and ensure supply continuity.
• Manage purchasing activities with global OEM suppliers (Zeekr China, Geely China, European suppliers).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with CDCs and LDCs for timely product availability.
• Prepare and manage customs and import/export documentation for non-EU transactions.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels balancing forecasts, take rates, lead times and stock targets.
• Track supply chain performance and mitigate risks, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Develop and distribute inventory, sales and supply chain performance reports.
• Ensure product master data, pricing information and purchasing conditions align with contracts.
• Monitor supplier pricing and product cost developments to support profitability.
• Identify opportunities for process, system and operational improvements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Aftersales, Logistics, Finance and partners.
