Job summary

Richemont is recruiting for an established procurement leader to drive and professionalize procurement practices across indirect categories. You will partner with Maisons and Functions to deliver value, ensure compliance, and optimize sourcing in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires 7+ years of procurement experience, excellent stakeholder management, and strong negotiation skills. English fluency is essential, German a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional procurement experience in international/matrix environments.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Procurement Function and strategy.
• Drive procurement excellence: policies, procedures, controls, and reporting.
• Optimize sourcing and provide sourcing support across Maisons and Functions.
• Lead or support supplier relationship management.
