Job summary

Uber in Amsterdam seeks a Regional HR Business Partner / People Partner to support Mobility stakeholders across EMEA for a scaled international business. You will coach senior leaders, lead a small team, and operate across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape organizational strategy, advise leaders, design organizational effectiveness, navigate HR processes, promote Uber's culture, and identify regional growth opportunities to accelerate market expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HRBP experience
• Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries across markets
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices incl. talent management, change mgmt, performance mgmt
• Proven experience in fast paced, matrixed environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Strategic Business Partner with leadership to shape and implement organizational strategies
• Be a Trusted Advisor, coach leaders on effective leadership and people practices
• Lead initiatives on Organizational Effectiveness, design organization and governance structures
• Navigate HR processes, influence program adoption, drive behavioral change
• Promote Uber's culture by modeling values and behaviors
• Identify regional growth opportunities and align talent strategies with market expansion
