Job summary

Demcon is seeking an HR advisor in Enschede to advise managers and employees on a broad range of HR topics and ensure consistent policy application.

You will support HR processes, monitor the employee lifecycle, and help professionalize HR practices across operating companies. The role blends operational and strategic HR, with a strong focus on collaboration and trusted partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an advisory HR role.
• Knowledge of employment law and CLAs.
• Experience with HR systems and digital HR processes.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers on absenteeism, performance, development, and legal matters.
• Monitor absenteeism and support absence management processes.
• Assist with complex employee cases, performance improvements and exit trajectories.
• Contribute to tactical HR topics like mobility, succession planning, and culture change.
• Coordinate performance and development review cycles; monitor HR processes.
