With over 1,100 colleagues worldwide, we are building the technology of tomorrow.#### What are you going to do?As an HR advisor, you will advise and support managers and employees on a broad range of HR-related topics. You will help ensure that HR policies are applied consistently across the organization and contribute to the effective execution and continuous improvement of HR processes.Your responsibilities will include:* Advising managers on absenteeism, performance, employee development, and employment law matters;* Monitoring absenteeism figures and supporting absence management processes and case documentation;* Supporting HR business partners and managers with complex employee cases, such as performance improvement and exit trajectories;* Acting as a sparring partner on tactical HR topics, including internal mobility, succession planning, team development, and cultural change initiatives;* Coordinating the performance and development review cycle;* Planning and monitoring the progress of HR processes;* Ensuring the correct application of collective labor agreements (CLA) and HR policies;* Contributing to strategic workforce planning and HR policy development;* Participating in HR projects and supporting the further professionalization of the HR function;* Identifying relevant HR trends and developments and translating them into practical applications within the organization;* Building and maintaining strong relationships with managers and employees;* Delivering presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions on HR-related topics;* Serving as an approachable and trusted point of contact for HR matters across the organization.#### What do you bring to the table?You are a confident HR professional who can easily switch between operational and tactical HR topics. You know how to build trust, provide constructive advice, and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.In addition, you bring:* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;* At least 2 years of experience in an advisory HR role;* Knowledge of employment law, social legislation, and collective labor agreements (CLAs);* Experience with HR systems and digital HR processes;* Strong communication and advisory skills;* Excellent command of both Dutch and English.* You also recognize yourself in the following competencies: a strong service-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
