Job summary

Your.Online, part of Your.World, is seeking a Business Development Associate within the Presence segment to bridge Portfolio Operations, M&A and Finance. Based in Amsterdam, you will support Management Teams, drive growth experiments, and strengthen data-driven KPI reporting using AI-enabled insights.

You will work closely with Managing Directors to convert improvement ideas into business cases and collaborate with the M&A and Finance teams to evaluate new markets and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or M&A.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Set up experiments and initiatives to accelerate growth within and beyond current activities.
• Improve internal KPI reporting and use data-driven insights for M&A playbooks.
• Translate improvement ideas into concrete plans and business cases with MDs.
• Collaborate with M&A and Finance to evaluate and integrate new markets, segments and acquisitions.
