Job summary

Nebius is hiring a Benefits Administrator to manage health, retirement, and leave programs for a growing workforce. You will coordinate enrollments, verify coverage with carriers, and handle life events while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

You will work with HR, payroll, and TPAs to resolve issues, reconcile invoices, and respond to employee inquiries within service levels. This role offers growth in a fast-moving AI-focused company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering group health, retirement, or leave programs.
• Experience applying benefits regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience using HRIS, enrollment systems, payroll and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Coordinates benefit enrollment and confirms coverage with carriers.
• Processes life events and updates elections; notifies carriers of changes.
• Supports retirement plan administration and nondiscrimination testing data requests.
• Audits enrollment data and reconciles carrier invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Responds to inquiries about coverage, billing, and eligibility within SLAs.
• Collaborates with carriers, TPAs, payroll, and HR to resolve issues.
• Maintains confidential benefits records and terminations dates.
