Job description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The Employer Brand Manager plays a key role in bringing our employer brand to life through creative campaigns and meaningful events. Joining a newly established team within a fast-growing, international company, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how we connect with talent around the world.

As we continue to scale and hire at pace, the Employer Brand Manager will lead the design and delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive awareness, deepen audience connection, and showcase our culture. By turning employer brand strategy into people-focused campaigns and standout experiences, this role helps position us as an employer of choice in a competitive global market.

Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, the Employer Brand Manager creates compelling narratives and memorable moments that shape how talent experiences our brand, foster engagement, and support our hiring and culture goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of employer brand campaigns that support hiring initiatives, culture storytelling, and strategic priorities.
  • Plan and manage a diverse range of events including career fairs, industry conferences, sponsorships, and internal brand activations that engage both current employees and external talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communications teams to ensure campaigns and events align with overall business objectives and talent strategies.
  • Develop and leverage compelling storytelling to translate brand values and employee value proposition (EVP) into engaging narratives and authentic experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events using relevant metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all activities reinforce the company’s EVP and employer brand standards.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality and impactful campaigns and events within budget and timelines.
  • Champion innovative ideas and creative approaches to continually enhance the employer brand experience across all touch points.
Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn brand values into clear, compelling narratives and experiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to influence and partner effectively with teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR, and Communications.
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or partners to deliver high-quality work.
  • A global mindset and experience working across different regions or cultures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with employer brand measurement tools, event ROI tracking, and data-driven decision making
