Job summary

L’Oréal in the Netherlands seeks a skilled Sales Forecasting Lead to own the forecasting process for our active dermocosmetics brands (CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals). Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will ensure product availability and drive accuracy across short, medium, and long-term horizons.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to challenge forecasts, analyze deviations, manage SKU-level plans, and identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate short, medium, and long-term sales forecasts (S&OP & Forecasting).
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to challenge and align launch and promotion forecasts.
• Analyze deviations, manage SKU-level forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
