Exactpi Recruitment & More is recruiting for a Senior Business Controller to act as a strategic finance partner across a rapidly growing international organisation in the sustainable energy sector. You will advise management, build financial models and lead forecasting to support growth and investments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Hybrid working with generous benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Control, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Consultancy.
• Strong modelling, investment analysis and data handling skills.
• Fluency in English and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management and leaders to influence decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance indicators.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and business cases.
• Support investments and strategic initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Drive financial performance improvements across the business.
• Identify risks and opportunities via data-driven analysis.
• Enhance reporting processes and financial controls.
• Support external reporting and mentor junior staff.
