Job summary

Innolume GmbH is seeking a Head of Finance, Administration & Group Treasury to lead finance, administration and treasury functions from its Eindhoven location. The role acts as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, shaping governance, planning and performance management across the international Innolume organization.

Regular travel to Dortmund may be required. The position offers broad responsibility, ownership and an entrepreneurial environment with a focus on strategic development,

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or comparable discipline.
• Senior finance leadership experience in international industrial or technology company.
• Strong Finance, Accounting and Controlling with Group Treasury knowledge.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, liquidity management and banking relationships.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls and financial risk management.
• Experience in process optimization and organizational development with strong commercial judgement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with short decision-making paths in mid-sized orgs.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; very good German, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance, accounting, controlling, administration and group treasury functions.
• Act as trusted business partner to MD and leadership team, providing financial insight and decision support.
• Ensure transparent budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Professionalize Group Treasury, including cash management, liquidity planning and risk management.
• Develop financing strategies and maintain relationships with banks and financing partners.
• Support investment decisions with robust financial analysis.
