Job summary

GAC MOTOR Europe is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement across Europe for office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, and more.

You will manage RFQs, supplier performance, and negotiations while aligning with Legal, Finance and business teams to ensure compliant contracts and efficient PO management. Fluent English is required; Dutch/German/French skills are a plus. Amsterdam-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as SCM, procurement or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, supply chain or supplier management experience.
• Experience in European procurement and supplier development preferred.
• Automotive industry or multinational company experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and PO management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Demand Management for the European HQ and related functions.
• Identify, source, screen and evaluate European suppliers; maintain supplier database.
• Conduct RFQs, quotations, comparisons, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate contracts, POs, approvals, invoicing and payment processes.
• Collaborate cross-regionally with country teams and China HQ on procurement needs.
