Prologis is seeking a Procurement Manager for General Contractors and Services in Europe, based in Amsterdam. You will lead sourcing activities, define scope with key stakeholders, and manage tender processes across multiple European markets to secure best-value contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, construction, real estate, engineering or project management.
• Ability to manage tendering processes, bid comparison, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with Excel.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sourcing activities for General Contractors and service categories across Europe, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Partner with Development, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to define scope and ensure tender packages are complete and comparable.
• Analyze and level bids, support or lead commercial negotiations, and prepare tender award recommendations with clear documentation.
• Qualify, onboard, and rank General Contractors and service providers, maintaining supplier data on capabilities, experience, financial strength, compliance, performance, and pipeline.
• Develop preferred supplier lists and support structured supplier management, including post-tender reviews and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, risk reduction, and process improvement; improve procurement tools and tendering processes.
• Track sourcing activity, savings, supplier performance, and procurement metrics through reporting and dashboards.
