Job summary

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing, commercial role (payments/enterprise software a plus).
• Based in Amsterdam; hybrid workplace; remote-only roles are not offered.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and navigate organizations to align stakeholders.
• Drive commercial discussions and meet strategic/financial targets for assigned accounts.
• Act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product, delivering expertise and payment guidance to customers.
• Prioritize and execute on short and long term projects across multiple accounts.
• Be the voice for customers and provide internal feedback to improve services.
