Job summary

Worley seeks a Regional Head of Engineering for Continental Europe, based in The Hague. You will lead engineering strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence while driving a high-performing regional team.

You will oversee capability development, cross-discipline collaboration, and alignment with Worley’s standards and processes. A strong track record in oil, gas, or energy-led engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• CPEng status or pursuing it is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading multi-project design & engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern engineering across Continental Europe to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.
• Drive budgeting, staffing, and capability development for the regional engineering function.
• Foster cross-discipline collaboration and adherence to Worley processes and standards.
• Support business development and client engagements with engineering strategy and costs.
• Mentor and develop talent, manage performance reviews, and ensure compliance with OH&S.
