Job summary

JLL seeks a Regional Engineering Lead to oversee MEP engineering across Central & Western Europe for our banking operations. You will lead a team of ~30 engineers, drive preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance and operational excellence across regulatory environments.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of leadership in engineering, a relevant engineering degree, and strong budgeting, governance and cross‑functional collaboration skills; travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of engineering leadership in regulated environments.
• Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Central & Western Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for regional engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Oversee PPM programs and reactive maintenance with strong compliance focus.
• Manage regional budgets, KPIs and vendor/contract negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and business units.
• Ensure security, risk management and business continuity in banking operations.
