Job summary

Turner Energy Control Solutions in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp) seeks an Engineering Team Lead to guide retrofit projects, service engineering and technical support. You will lead Project Engineers, Service Engineers, a Cabinet Technician and two Coordinators, coach performance, and ensure KPI tracking and design reviews. You’ll collaborate with Italy, Germany and the UK as part of a European engineering community.

Qualifications

• Management mindset and ability to build a high-performing team.
• Hands-on experience in control systems or rotating equipment.
• Ability to communicate across Dutch and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technical team of engineers and coordinators.
• Own the technical backbone of projects: designs, KPIs, ISO/CE/ATEX compliance.
• Coordinate with European engineering teams (Italy, Germany, UK) for cross-border projects.
• Represent engineering in front of major customers and internal stakeholders.
