NewCold in Breda is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead / Product Owner to shape our data-driven future. You will work on modern data platforms and integration, bridging business needs and technology.

With 5–7 years in analytics and data platforms, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and grow into a Product Owner role while working 4 days per week in the Breda office and traveling occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the data landscape (analytics, integration, BI).
• Hands-on with data analytics tools, data science concepts, and cloud platforms.
• Interest in growing into a Product Owner role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proactive mindset bridging business and technology.
• Willingness to work from Breda office 4 days/week and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Solutions on our modern data platform and integration platform.
• Translate business needs into data products and actionable solutions.
• Shape the product vision and help define the roadmap for data products.
• Manage backlog and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ensure quality and performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Grow into product ownership with stakeholder alignment and delivery outcomes.
