Job summary

043 Damen Global Support B.V. is looking for a Change Manager to lead and implement change initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will focus on enabling sustainable change while minimizing disruption for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include driving organizational change, coaching teams, and executing communication activities. A Bachelor or Master’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in change management are required. The salary ranges from €4,500 to €6,000 gross per month.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in change management or business consultancy roles.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in complex business transformation or IT systems projects.
