Job summary

043 Damen Global Support B.V. is looking for a Change Manager to lead and implement change initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will focus on enabling sustainable change while minimizing disruption for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include driving organizational change, coaching teams, and executing communication activities. A Bachelor or Master’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in change management are required. The salary ranges from €4,500 to €6,000 gross per month.

Role: Change Manager

The Change Manager will lead and implement change initiatives across the organization, focusing on the people side of change. The primary responsibility is to enable successful and sustainable change by minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits for all stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive organizational change to achieve strategic goals through effective change management.
• Act as sparring partner for project and people managers in assessing change impact and readiness.
• Design, agree and communicate change strategy and plan with project leadership using standardized methods.
• Define, drive and monitor change deliverables such as impact analyses, action plans, training plans and interventions.
• Coordinate and execute communication activities, deliver required materials and monitor readiness.
• Identify risks, resistance and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation actions.
• Coach and train teams, and support leaders and project teams for smaller initiatives.
• Leverage best practices, AI and the existing change management community to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master level education.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management or business consultancy roles (e.g., Change Manager, Project Manager, Business Consultant).
• Knowledge of PROSCI or other recognized change management theories and practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery and project & implementation management.
• Experience in complex business transformation, process improvement or IT systems projects within a technical industrial environment (preferably manufacturing or shipbuilding).
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, adaptability and resilience.
• Proactive team player with a creative and structured approach.

Benefits

Salary range €4,500–€6,000 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance), adjusted based on knowledge and experience.
