Job summary

GKN Fokker Aerospace in Papendrecht is seeking a Capture Director for Missiles & Uncrewed Systems to lead an IPT-style team from RFP through contract award, shaping pricing and win strategies for sovereign EU programmes. You will oversee bid execution, integration of technical and commercial inputs, and ensure competitive, capable solutions.

Reporting to the SVP of BD & Strategy, you will coordinate with EU leadership, manage cross-functional bid teams, and drive partnerships with governments,

Qualifications

A recognised degree in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing or related discipline.
PM certification or training is desirable for lead bid roles.
EU Security Clearance at SC level is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead Capture Strategy & Campaign Planning to secure sovereign technology programmes.
Develop and communicate Campaign Plans with BD leadership and stakeholders.
Oversee funding, investment, co-creation and workshare to deliver strategic aims.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and industrialisation aligned to capture plans.
