Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Buyer for a Main Contractor role within the Dutch infrastructure and industrial sector in Rotterdam. This position involves sourcing, managing subcontractors, and leading tender processes. The ideal candidate has procurement experience in civil, structural, or mechanical packages and strong knowledge of local markets in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will work closely with project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and conducting evaluations and negotiations. A strong emphasis on stakeholder management and negotiation skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement of civil, structural, and/or mechanical packages.
• Strong knowledge of local subcontractor markets (Netherlands / Belgium).
• Experience in construction or industrial project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQs and tender processes for subcontracted work packages.
• Manage contracts, variations, and supplier performance.
• Ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
